Vineyard to the Bottle Experience
At our state-of-the-art tasting room, Tolosa has installed a free, innovative, self-guided wine tour that takes guests through every step of the winemaking process.  The tour begins outside, on the patio overlooking the Edna Ranch Vineyards and the crush pad, and finishes inside the contemporary tasting room overlooking the tank room. Each easy to understand station is modeled after those used in national parks and illustrates the winemaking process from fermentation to the bottle.

Each month we feature a different sensory evaluation for one of our estate grown wines. Come and test your senses and explore all the aromas and flavors that are brought out in each glass of wine.
