Tolosa Tasting Room

Come experience one of the most interesting and innovative tasting rooms, not only in Edna Valley, but in all of California. We are located north of Santa Barbara County and just south of Paso Robles.
Tolosa began wine distribution in 2001 and established a state-of-the-art tasting room in 2004. Architecturally modern in structure, the tasting room and its adjacent patio combine elements of the winery in its design, from the cork floor to stainless steel ceilings, glass bar, and wood panels. Large window panes overlook the winery's tank room, flanked by plaques describing the winery's “Self-Guided Tour of the Winemaking Process”.
Year-round we feature a sensory evaluation bar. Each month a new wine is selected and we fill several glasses with different aromas that are commonly found in the featured wine. It is a great way to learn how to pick-up different aromas found in varietals.
Tasting Fee is $5, waived if one bottle of wine is purchased. $5 non-refundable fee for groups over 20. For groups over 8 please call ahead to make reservations, (805)782-0500 x12 or email jshakley@tolosawinery.com.

RESERVE WINE FLIGHTS
Every Saturday during the summer Tolosa is offering a reserve flight tastings in the Heritage Room where they can sit-down and relax enjoying Tolosa estate wines. Each Saturday will feature a different flight of wines, varing from a flight of Pinot Noir, to a Rhone style flight or even a vertical flight from our library. Guests will be hosted by our concierge John Shakley.
