This will be our 4th Annual blending seminar but it will be our first ever white wine blending seminar! Bring out your winemaking skills for this afternoon of blending Tolosa white wines. The winning blend will be our first ever Mission V White Wine Blend released in 2011. Lunch will be included in the event. |

Roll Out The Barrels Weekend
Thursday Night is Barrels in the Plaza in downtown SLO. Friday Night Tolosa will be bringing back the popular progressive Winemaker Dinner involving 3 local restaurants. Saturday and Sunday is open house at the SLO Vintner Wineries. Here at Tolosa on Saturday we're bringing back the fresh brick oven pizzas for our 3rd year, we just can't resist! |
