Chef Mathew Beckett of Corner View Restaurant will create a delectable menu using ingredients picked fresh from Canyon Ranch Farm. The dinner will be set among the vineyard rows of Tolosa Winery’s estate grown sustainable vineyards in the beautiful climate of San Luis Obispo. Each course will be elegantly paired with barrel select wines presented by Tolosa’s renowned winemaker, Larry Brooks.
