4th Annual Pallet to Palate

Last year’s event was an unmitigated success, matching local restaurants with local wine and food producers, educating the public as well as our industry through a well attended seminar, and ultimately raising much needed funds for an extremely worthy cause: The Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo County, which will once again be the beneficiary of this year’s event.

Our non-profit organization focuses on sustainable agriculture. We are cultivating awareness of the tremendous bounty available here on the Central Coast: fabulous farm fresh produce, locally raised meat and ocean fresh fish. As restaurateurs and chefs, we understand the difficulties of bringing the freshest local products to the public; that is why Pallet to Palate is working to introduce local small farmers and ranchers to local restaurants and is helping to facilitate a working relationship that is mutually beneficial, productive and financially rewarding.
