Blending Seminar - Feb. 25th, 2012

Team up with winemaker Larry Brooks and become your very own winemaker for a day! Blend away with 3-4 white wines, while using your taste buds, lab equipment and learn how it's done in the cellar. When your team creates it's final blend, it will be entered into a blind tasting upstairs in our Heritage Room where you will enjoy a catered lunch and wine tasting. The winning blend will then be bottled and used for our next Mission V exclusive Heritage Club wine.
