Can my wine be delivered without a signature?

No.  By law, all alcoholic beverages must be signed for upon delivery by a person atleast 21 years of age.

If I have wine shipped during the summer months, will it get damaged by the heat in transit?

No.  Tolosa has taken new measures to get your wine to you undamaged.  Our fulfillment house uses Golden State Overnight (CA&NV) and UPS refrigerated trucks to insure the safety of your wine.  For all ship to states other than CA & NV, this may result in delayed delivery of 3-4 days.

Which days of the week will Tolosa ship wine?

Tolosa will ship wine Monday-Thursday, for most orders.

Orders being shipped to Safe Haven States (AZ, CT, HI, IA, IN, LA, MI, MT,
NJ, NY, OH, RI, SC, TN, VY, WY) are shipped out only on Monday and Tuesday.

Holiday shipping schedule

Delivery prior to Christmas Eve Dec. 24th, orders must be placed by Tuesday December 14th, 2010. Some restrictions may apply.

No shipping or processing of orders:

Christmas Eve Friday Dec. 24th, 2010

New Year's Eve Friday Dec. 31st, 2010

Note: Orders placed for holiday delivery must be submitted at least 7 work days prior to delivery.

What are the Safe Haven States?
  • The following states are Safe Haven: AZ, CT, HI, IA, IN, LA, MI, MT, NJ, NY, OH, RI, SC, TN, VY, WY.
  • The shipping costs are as follows by bottle amount: 1-2:$24 3-4:$32 5-6:$42 7-12:$65

Not all Tolosa wines are available to ship to Safe Haven States. We can ship the following wines, wines not listed are not registerd.
