Tolosa Estate Vineyards

There are actually five separate and unique Tolosa vineyards in the Edna Valley Appellation. The varying microclimates, soil profiles, hillside slopes and distinctly different sun exposure create diversity throughout the vineyards that excite the winemaking team and produce distinctive and exceptional wines.

The five vineyards and the varietals planted to each vineyard:

 - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Grenache, Petite Sirah, Viognier, Pinot Gris

• Edna Ranch Oceanside
 - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah

• Salaal Flats
 - Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Grenache

• Moretti Canyon
 - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc

• Winery Vineyard
 - Pinot Noir, Syrah
