Join us each month as we present an intimate dining and tasting experience for our Primera Tolosa and 1772 Wine Club members. With each Supper Club featuring a different theme and selection of wines, you won’t want to miss a single month! Indulge in unique 3-course dinners by up-and-coming Central Coast chefs, and savor Tolosa wines not often experienced in the tasting room in a small group, intimate setting on Tolosa’s estate grounds.

January’s Supper Club couldn’t be more intimate, as you’ll be savoring this meal from the comfort of your own home! This virtual dinner is perfect for our Central Coast friends; each 3-course, wine-paired dinner for two will be safely prepared onsite at Tolosa. The dinner comes beautifully packaged for pick-up and includes a bottle of Tolosa wine paired with each course. Included with dinner is an interactive Zoom session hosted by Tolosa winemaker Frederic Delivert and Estate Host Karl Jepsen, and features live music by Dan Curcio of Moonshiner Collective.

Chef Cody Thomasson of SLO Provisions

Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef Cody Thomasson is the new Executive Chef for San Luis Obispo’s SLO Provisions, which well suits his extensive background in Spanish, Mediterranean, and Wine Country comfort cuisines. Chef Thomasson has worked his culinary magic at such esteemed locations as the award-winning Bravas de Tapas in Healdsburg and Daou Winery in Paso Robles.

Pure Chardonnay 2018 may be added-on as an additional wine at wine club pricing.
