1772 Petit Verdot 2015

It is uncommon to see Petit Verdot featured on its own. Traditionally, Petit Verdot is blended with other Bordeaux varietals. It is a grape known for its inky color and big tannin structure.  This Petit Verdot was grown in the Paso Ono Vineyard, in the El Pomar District AVA located in South East Paso Robles.  During the 2015 harvest, Tolosa took advantage of a one-time opportunity to source these grapes to produce a unique wine club offering.
