More Than Just Wine Tasting

Find out why Tolosa is one of the most interesting and innovative tasting rooms in all of California, located north of Santa Barbara and just south of Paso Robles. Architecturally modern in structure, the tasting room and its adjacent patio combine elements of the winery in its design, from the cork floor to stainless steel ceilings, glass bar, and wood panels. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is excited to guide you through an array of offerings to create a memorable experience, after all San Luis Obispo has been named "The Happiest Place in America" by Oprah, so it's hard not to have a great time here!

Artisanal Wine and Cheese, Charuterie or Truffle Pairings
- Guests have the chance to choose between an Artisan cheeses, local chocolate truffles or a charuterie pairings with four estate wines. Guests will be guided through the pairing in our Heritage Reserve Room overlooking the beautiful vineyards.

Hours: Tastings are available 11am to 4:45 daily )
Holiday Hours: Open all major holidays, with the exception of Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.

Costs: Prices range from $8-$15 for our tasting options, waived with a bottle purchase. Wine Club members enjoy complimentary tastings for up to four people. Learn more about membership.
