A Pinot Noir & Sichuan Cuisine Experience

Join us for an intimate evening on the Tolosa patio celebrating the Harvest Moon, Tolosa Pinot Noir and Sichuan cuisine. Chef Garrett of Sichuan Kitchen, recipient of Best of SLO County – Best Chef for three consecutive years, 2023–2025, will prepare four stationed pairings showcasing Tolosa wines from four distinctive California AVAs alongside our Single Vineyard wines.
Throughout the evening, Master Sommelier & Wine Educator Bob Bath and Tolosa Estate Hosts will guide you through the wines, exploring the unique characteristics of each AVA and vineyard site. Enjoy acoustic guitar and vocals by local musician Matt Cross as you sip and savor, and saunter beneath the Harvest Moon for an unforgettable evening of telescope viewing with the Cal Poly Astronomy Society. Explore the night sky, discover the stars and enjoy the beauty of the Harvest Moon from the Tolosa patio.

Pinot Noir Vertical Seminar & BBQ

Celebrate fall with six wines, two extraordinary vineyard sites and an afternoon of wine, food and discovery.
Join us for an intimate fall gathering centered around two of Tolosa’s distinctive Pinot Noir vineyard sources. Led by Master Sommelier & Wine Educator Bob Bath, the tasting will explore Solomon Hills Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley, 2021–2023, including its final vintage, and Drum Canyon Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills, 2022–2024. Taste through each vintage to discover how vineyard site, growing season and winemaking influence the character of these wines from year to year. Following the tasting, enjoy a Santa Maria-style BBQ by Tesla Catering as we celebrate the flavors and spirit of the fall season.
