Join us each month as we present an intimate dining and tasting experience for our Primera Tolosa and 1772 Wine Club members. With each Supper Club featuring a different theme and selection of wines, you won’t want to miss a single month! Indulge in unique 3-course dinners by up-and-coming Central Coast chefs, and savor Tolosa wines not often experienced in the tasting room in a small group, intimate setting on Tolosa’s estate grounds.
Held on the Spring Equinox, March’s Supper Club is inspired by the promise of new beginnings and new growth that the season of Spring brings. Our thoughtfully paired 4-course farm-to-table inspired menu by Chef Kean McCabe of Earth and Oven is the perfect introduction to our Spring 2021 releases!

Chef Kean McCabe of Earth and Oven
Hailing from the Central Coast, Chef Kean McCabe worked his way up the culinary ladder, and honed his skills for many years under the tutelage of Chef Brian Collins of Ember. Chef McCabe followed his inspiration to create palate experiences that celebrate the seasonal bounty of the Central Coast and began Earth & Oven in Baywood Park, California.
