Stone Lion Pinot Noir 2019
The 2019 vintage was a classic expression of a cool climate Pinot Noir. Stone Lion is a Pinot that is on the bolder side of all the Pinot Noirs we make from Edna Ranch. It will have more weight and more structure than our other offerings. We always use a little bit more new oak to age our Stone Lion Pinot Noir.

"The 2019 vintage was a classic expression of a cool climate Pinot Noir. Stone Lion is a Pinot that is on the bolder side of all the Pinot Noirs we make from Edna Ranch. It will have more weight and more structure than our other offerings. We always use a little bit more new oak to age our Stone Lion Pinot Noir, providing more spice and savory components. Aromas of cherry preserves, strawberry with hints of white pepper, turmeric, and frankincense greet the nose. Your palate is in for a treat with lingering persimmon, pomegranate seed, and candied fruit notes. This Braised Sausage and Fennel with Toasted Spices recipe would bring out the oak-derived flavors in this wine, while still inviting the fruit aromas to shine through."
