The 2023 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay opens with inviting aromas of candied lemon peel, pear, and opal apple, layered with hints of saffron, roasted pecans, brioche, and baking spice. Medium to full bodied, the palate is bright and juicy, showcasing pineapple, dried apple, and passion fruit. A thread of rocky minerality and crisp acidity carries through to a refreshing, complex finish.  Serve this Chardonnay with a Butternut Squash Soup topped with Crisp Panchetta.
