Salaal serves as satiating red blend of Syrah and Grenache from Tolosa’s estate vineyard, Edna Ranch. This wine has an inviting lushness. Grenache and Syrah are blood brothers that know just how to work together without sacrificing their individual personalities. The Syrah is very present in this wine dark exemplified by the dark earth, smoke and olive characteristics, while the Grenache provides the seductive plummy fruit and full body.
