Antoni is traveling to the Central Coast from our winery in the Priorat region of Spain to entertain and educate you as you savor an exceptional and innovative five-course dinner designed to pair perfectly with selected Perinet wines. Chef Nicola Allegretta has masterfully curated this unique and rare pairing at his Peruvian restaurant, Mistura, in San Luis Obispo. This event is one you won’t want to miss!
