Join us for an insightful seminar with Tolosa’s Master Sommelier Bob Bath as we delve into wine sensory evaluation and delicious food pairings!  We’ll be turning our Crush Pad into a classroom, as we explore 3 unique flights of wine that tell the story of Tolosa, the vintage, and our Winemaker Frederic Delivert’s style. Because it’s best to learn by doing, each flight will include a specially paired appetizer by Chef Brett Stephens of High on the Hog Catering.
