The Big Game always excites the team here at Tolosa, and we’ve come together to create a virtual Pre-Game party to kick-off the fun. Join us on the Tolosa Instagram and Facebook pages as we run your January 1772 selections to the End Zone!

Like any good Pre-Game party, Estate Host Justin Young will be on hand with his Big Game Pool where you could win prizes such as: a Virtual Tasting for 4 households (wine included!), a Magnum of 1772 Pinot Noir 2017 signed by Frederic Delivert, a $50 gift card to Chef Antonio’s Italian Kitchen, or a Dinner Kit for 2 to our virtual February Supper Club!

12:30pm-12:45pm EAT: Estate Host Johnny Shakley's secret talent? Creating delicious charcuterie boards perfect for snacking. Learn his secrets as he walks you through creating your own in partnership with Cured & Cultivated. 

12:45pm-1:00pm SOMM TALK: Estate Sommelier Collette Smith and Tolosa’s Master Sommelier Bob Bath talk game food pairing strategy with our January 1772 selections.

1:00pm-1:15pm JUSTIN’S BIG GAME PICKS: Tune in as super fan Estate Host Justin Young gives us his winning picks for the Big Game and 

1:15pm-1:30pm MOVE: Estate Sommelier “AKA Coach Coco” Collette Smith will demonstrate a Bar Move Express warm-up led by Bar Method SLO’s Mimi Roukoz. And because it’s us, we’ll be hydrating with Pinot Noir!

1:30pm-1:45pm EAT: Carbo-loading is essential to any Big Game warm-up! Estate Host Kim Sabella and Chef Tony Ramos of Chef Antonio’s Kitchen will show us the pasta-bilities of the January 1772 selections.

1:45pm-1:00pm TOUCHDOWN DANCE: Bring back the Icky Shuffle in your living room with a music set by DJ Mano Gil.
