Join Winemaker Frederic Delivert as we celebrate with a memorable wine and food experience throughout the Tolosa estate. Begin with appetizers on the Tolosa Outdoor Terrace, followed by barrel samples of our latest vintages down in the Cellar. After an exploration of the inner-workings of our state-of-the-art facility, dinner will be served upstairs in our Tasting Room, as prepared by the exceptional Chef Tracy Labastida of Field to Table Catering. Musical artistry provided by Duo Cafe Musique.
