Join Tolosa Winemaker Fred Delivert for this hands-on winemaking experience following the path of the grape during Harvest.
We combine traditional methods, such as hand punch downs, with cutting-edge technology in soil exploration and vineyard mapping to handcraft exceptional Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays that are the purest expressions of Edna Valley. This is your chance to roll up your sleeves and experience Harvest like a winemaker.
Your Winemaker for a Day experience begins with picking grapes in the vineyard, following them to the Crush Pad for processing and then to the Tank Room and Barrel Room for fermentation and aging. Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of Tolosa wines and a gourmet, farm-to-table lunch prepared by Chef Jennie Sturgeon of Trumpet Vine Catering.
